Yesterday Mass is a symphonic hard rock band from Finland. The group consists of two members: lyricist Iiro Kinnula, with roots in the world of Metal music, and from the rock music world, composer Ace Eshed, a veteran artist who has experimented with many genres over the years. Bringing these two scenes together, Yesterday Mass combines a core of hard rock with elements of symphonic metal and more, in an attempt to create a fresh and impactful sound that pays homage to the past while creating something new.
Yesterday Mass presents their debut single ‘I Know You’, which is part of their upcoming 13-track debut album, expected to be released in 2024.
‘I Know You’ is a different take on the classic idea of a love song with lyrics that tell a story of support rather than longing. A song about knowing the other, understanding them, and giving them the encouragement they need to get through the hardships in life. The track features vocals by Italian talent Alessandro Medri and musical production by up-and-coming Azerbaijani producer Asim Rahimov.
